Description:
We are announcing an open international electronic tender for the Facility Management of the "Fire Brigade Training Center" at 202 Marathonos Avenue in Nea Makri for the years 2024 and 2025, with the possibility of exercising a two (2) year option asthese are referred to in "APPENDIX A" and described in "APPENDIX D", which are integral parts of this Declaration, with a total estimated value of two hundred and ninety-six thousand euros (€296,000.00), and a total estimated value upon exercise of the right option, if exercisedi, five hundred and ninety-two thousand euros (€592,000.00) including third-party reservations, as well as any other charges, excluding VAT, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous offer based on price alone.
