- The scope of EEL's tendered projects includes:
•the preparation of the Final Study, the Application study and any kind of supplementary study and research,
•the construction of Civil Engineering projects,
•the supply and installation of all electrical and mechanical equipmentcommissioning
•the putting into efficient operation and completion tests the test operation of the project by the Contractor for a period of six (6) months.
•The operation and maintenance of the project for more than 18 months from the start of its operation until the completion of the of receipt of the project
•The ruleoperation and maintenance of the project for five years from the completion of the acceptance of the project
The Municipality of Nea Propontida reserves the right to unilaterally modify the contract in the part that concerns the normal operation and maintenance of the project for an additional period of five (5) years ( rightoption).
