- The Competition is characterized as an open architectural competition for preliminary designs, which is held in one stage, in the sense of article 1, par. 2 b, of the Ministerial Decision with protocol number YPEN/DMEAAP/48505/387 (Government Gazette B'2239/31.05.2021) .
The object of the competition is the reconstruction ofof the total area of the tender plot The general area of intervention, as defined in the relevant topographic diagram, concerns, as previously noted, an area of 18,478 sq.m. which includes the preserved buildings of the old hotel complex 'Sarlitza Pallas', partsof archaeological excavations and unworthy, structurally degraded, buildings to be demolished.
