- The Project includes the exploitation, maintenance and technical management of the facilities and equipment of the former Vermion Hotel, after their previous renovation and functional upgrade, so that it meets the conditions of their minimum operation at a four-star level according to the specifications of the E.O.T. in force at the start of the concession. as well as maintaining the same minimum category throughout the duration of the contract. In case the ranking in star categories regarding the infrastructure and operation of hotel units is changed in the future, the concessionaire must maintain the operation of the unit in the category that corresponds at least to that of the current four stars. In the event that the certification and licensing body of the hotel units changes in the future, the concessionaire must comply with the requirements of the future certification/licensing body throughout the duration of the contract.
