Description: It concerns the assignment of the required studies to upgrade and expand the building infrastructure of the 5th Chios Elementary School located in the area of "Varvassi" of the Municipality of Chios to property with KEEK 510402127001 at the intersection of Cyprus and Aviator Perrikos, and has a surface area. 2.787,14sqm. A geotechnical study, architecture and static preliminary design, and architecture, static and/M, application study relating to the addition of a new two -storey wing of about 220sqm building will be prepared, to the addition of a new two -storey building with a staircase and a climate of the basement. The limit of the property with the demolition of building 3 surface of about 48sqm, the expansion of the ground floor of the building 2 surface of approximately 34sqm, the conversion of building 4 into toilets, as well as configuration-upgrading of the surrounding area. A static adequacy study and reinforcement of buildings pre -empted in '55 will also be prepared.
