Description:
The object of the project is the upgrading and expansion of the city's existing broadband network infrastructure both at the level of interconnection of the basic building infrastructure and services and at the level of its security, durability of the information systems and network infrastructure of the Municipality.
The project includes, in addition to the expansion of the optical fiber network to interconnect key buildings and services of the municipality, the development of Disaster Recovery infrastructure for the central data center of the municipality, the strengthening of security systems and the prevention of cyber attacks, the development of aof a unified modern high-speed wireless broadband network that will cover the largest possible number of building infrastructure and services of the Municipality and finally the extension of the municipality's proprietary LORAWan network, with the aim of achieving coverage in 100% of its area.
