Electronic international tender with an open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of a contract regarding: "Supply of an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in the fixed wing category", amounting to seven million five hundred and twenty thousand euros (7,520,000, 00€) and Aeronautical Project Service "SmiEA" in the amount of one million euros (€1,000,000.00), with a total budget of eight million five hundred and twenty thousand euros (€8,520,000.00) exempt from VAT based on Law 2859/2000 article 27 par. 1 para. b and d.

The contracting authority hereby invites the interested economic operators to an electronic international tender with an open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of a contract regarding: "Supply of an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in the category of fixedof the wing", in the amount of seven million five hundred and twenty thousand euros (€7,520,000.00) and "Aviation project service" in the amount of one million euros (€1,000,000.00), with a total budget of eight million five hundred and twenty thousand euros (8,520,000 .00€) exempt from VAT based on Law 2859/2000article 27 par. 1 para. b. The most economically advantageous offer, based on the best quality-price ratio, based on the evaluation criteria of the technical offers and the procedure described in the Evaluation of Technical Offers.
