Description:
Type A: development and installation of a computerized application for the financial monitoring of the KNE (income-expenses) and the KNE Fixed Advances (expenses) held in the D.S.E.N and preparation-monitoring of the budgets of the supervised Y.NA Bodies. N.P.,
as well as the preparation of the MPDS.
Eipart B: renewal of the operating license, installation of upgrades and technical support of the computerized payroll system of the employees (constables and non-commissioned) of YNANP.
Type C: maintenance, support and upgrade of the computerized application, in order for the organization to obtain optimal visualizationof expenses and to respond to the increasing fiscal requirements set by the directives-circulars of the Ministry of Housing/G.L.K., taking into account the existing conditions and the modifications that have occurred in the way of operation and monitoring of the expenses of the financial of service.
