Description: The project concerns the restoration of existing buildings and the creation of new ones in Oropos Attica, to establish a Center for History, Democracy and Culture Structures.
The plot to be used is located in the Municipality of Oropos in the Prefecture of Attica, a total area of 19,082.50 sq.m. and consists of five plots. It is suitable for both the construction of new buildings and facilities, as well as for the creation of the Center for History, Democracy and Culture Structures, as defined in the conventional issues.
The contracting object will be assigned by an open procedure for the conclusion of electronic public contracts above Law 4412/2016 by evaluating a study and the criterion of assigning the most economical proportional tender on the basis of an optimal price quality relationship.
