• Description:
• The object of the Project is the implementation of Pilot Activities related to Teleworking in specific bodies of the Public Administration, which will be representative at the level of responsibilities in the hierarchy of the Public Administration (e.g. Ministry, Local Government Body, Independent Authority, etc.). In the framework of the Pilot Activities, operational scenarios to support Teleworking will be implemented in the selected institutions using a series of targeted tools: (a) The application of these business scenarios with the use of information tools in the normal operation of the selected entities. (b) Highlighting these scenarios as repeatable good practices that can be applied to all Public Administration bodies, with the use of the same and/or similar information tools as those used in the Pilot Application. (c) Selected functionalities such as in particular the recording of the human effort of teleworking executives will be able to have global application based on the results and conclusions of the Pilot application.
