Description:
This Call for Expressions of Interest is addressed to Financial Institutions (hereinafter referred to as "Financial Institution" or "FI") operating in Greece, for their participation in the TEPIX III Loan Fund (hereinafter the "Loan Fund"), managed by the ETA.
The Treasurythe Loan is a Shared Risk financial instrument, which is implemented within the framework of the Portfolio Fund "Entrepreneurship Fund III". The Portfolio Fund was established with the aim of supporting and developing the business activity of Small and Medium Enterprises (hereinafter "MmE"), as well as small mid-capitalization companies (hereinafter "Small Midcaps") and mid-capitalization companies (hereinafter "Midcaps") in order to face the difficulties of accessing funding sources.
Initially the Loan Fund will exclusively finance SMEs, while the havemid-cap shares may be included in the portfolio in a second year, as long as this is consistent with the Priorities of the "Competitiveness" Program and there is availability of resources.
The purpose of the TEPIX III Loan Fund is to improve access to financing forbusinesses, covering a wide range of their financial needs with the aim of strengthening their production function, improving processes and produced products...
