Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of components for the maintenance of the irrigation network. according to the 12/2025 Study of the Directorate of Technical Services. The materials must be new, of excellent quality and meet the prescribed specifications as mentioned in article 3 of the issue of the Technical Specifications.
The placement of the materials will be done by the Municipality staff.
The hydraulic components will be ordered in parts from the supplier two (2) working days before the execution of the supply, who will be obliged to deliver them in time.
The supplier is obliged to throughout the execution of the contract, the on-site delivery to the Municipality's warehouses located at the headquarters of the Municipal Units (Hersonissos, Episkopi, Gouva) or at other points to be indicated by the Municipality.
The budget of this commission is indicative, which means that according to during the supply period, the quantities of the items to be supplied may fluctuate in relation to those of the budget, but always without exceeding the total contractual amount.
The items to be procured are classified under the following code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 43323000-3.
