Description:
The Ministry of Rural Development and Food has drawn up an integrated program of irrigation projects, called "Water 2.0". In particular, the "Water 2.0" Program is an Integrated Program for Rural Development and Mitigation of the Impacts of the Climate Crisis through Municipal Partnershipsand the Private Sector, and which is to be financed:
a) by the Recovery Fund,
b) the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027, and
c) the National PDE.
The first set of projects concerns six (6) irrigation projects that will be co-financed by the Recovery Fund and havetotal construction cost with PPP €639,591,358.
The Technical Consultant will provide services to three PPP irrigation projects as the rest are already supported by other Consultants,
