Description:
The timely and well -execution of the project II project requires a number of coordinated management and monitoring actions, which will be implemented by the Technical Support Advisor (SYS) in the context of this project.
SYS will provide technical support services (services Management and Monitoring, Technical Assistance, Control and Evaluation) in order to ensure the effective implementation of the project in terms of time consistency and quality of services and results in general.
Goals expected to be achieved with the results of present subproject is:
• Full support of the CTP of MAE in the implementation of SIPEXIS II contracts and in the operation of the network
• Monitoring the implementation of the project II project, with an emphasis on adhering to time limitations and costs.
• Ensure quality operation of the system Management of the project II project, while upgrading its implementation means and communication between all parties involved.
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables and products of each subproject of conjugate II.
• Ensure interconnection and operational and technique Interplaction of SUBSCRIPTIONS II.
• Successful completion and ensuring the functionality of the project II.
