• Description:
• The subject of the Declaration is the technical management of the buildings of the Hellenic Land Registry as specified in Annex I, that is, the provision of periodic maintenance and repair services of all types of electromechanical installations and of selected building elements, operation support, energy records and consumption analyses, connection of security systems (in any buildings that exist) with Signal Receiving Centers as well as disinfection services. The Technical obligation Management of the Contractor(s) concerns, by way of example and not limitation, the following facilities and services: I. Heating, air conditioning, ventilation. II. Power installations (lighting, movement, panels, etc.). III. Substation M/T. IV. Reserve power pair. V. Low current installations (fire detection, access control and security systems, closed circuit television, passive structured voice-data cabling equipment). VI. Plumbing facilities (water supply, DHW, drainage, rains). VII. Fire safety (fire detection, fire extinguishing, automatic extinguishing, fire extinguishers, etc.). VIII. Elevators. IX. Maintenance of building elements (minor repairs, adjustments, minor movements, etc.). X. Periodic inspection and certification of hoists systems. XI. Provision of help desk services. XII. Monitoring and management of energy consumption. XIII. Disinfection services. XIV. Signal Receiving Center Connection Services. Technical Management of Center Buildings...
