- Specifically, the services of T.S. concern the following groups of work:
-Works with the signing of the contract of the T.S.
-Works during the tendering phase of the project up to and including the conclusion of a contract with the Contractor for the construction of the project.
-Works after the conclusion of the contract and during the construction phaseof the project and the 12-month trial operation of the project.
To avoid a conflict of interest, T.S. cannot participate in any other way in the construction phase of the project, apart from what is mentioned below. The services that will be provided by T.S. are advisory and concern thesupport of the Employer in the management and control of the implementation of the contract and other agreements between the Implementation Body and third parties (designers, manufacturers, other participating bodies, etc.). The services of the Technical Consultant concern the support of the Contracting Authority on the one hand in the tendermanagement and control of the implementation of the contract and other agreements between the Contracting Authority and third parties (manufacturers, other participating entities) and on the one hand in the supervision of the construction of the project and the placing of the units in efficient operation and the integration tests.
The providedservices are classified in the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 71300000-1 Engineering services. This contract is not divided into sections and is assigned as a single whole.
