Description:
The Agreement includes the assistance of the Service in the uninterrupted technical and financial monitoring of the construction of the Sub-Project 'Construction of projects for integrated management and utilization of the sludge of the EEL Volos', in order to ensure:
a) the implementation of the Sub-Project in accordance with the terms of the contractbasis, within the foreseen time planning,
b) the optimal possible cooperation between the Contractor and the operating unit and the coordination of the implementation schedule of the Sub-Project in relation to the existing Unit, and
c) the timely prediction and prevention of any technicalproblems and risks of exceeding the budget of the Sub-project.
The works of T.S. will include, among others, the following:
a) work during the construction and testing phase of the Sub-Project
b) work during the test operation phase of the Sub-Project
c) completion work of the Sub-Project andobligations of the Beneficiary of the Deed towards the Operational Program.
