-Construction of an Innovation Hub / Building 1
-Construction of a Research and Development building / Building 2

It should be noted that the contractor's obligations include all costs for the full execution of all studies (main and supporting) and all works, completely finished, in accordance with the tender documents asalso any expenditure (studies and works) necessary for the complete and professional execution of all the work of the Project, even if this is not expressly specified.
