The project concerns the preparation of eleven specialized guides that will form the knowledge base for individual issues of museum organization and operation based on the scientific literature and international best practices. The areas concern: a) museum administration and operation, b) managementthe collections and their maintenance with an emphasis on preventive maintenance, c) the preparation of museological and museographic studies, c) the preparation of feasibility studies and plans for sustainability and the development of resources, e) the accessibility, physical and intellectual of museum organizations, f) thedigital strategy, g) the development of volunteering, h) the achievement of the goal for the Green museum, i) audience research, communication and cultural marketing, j) risk and disaster management, k) the development of social and educational role of the museum.
