- With the proposed sub-project, the Consultant will support the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the collection of data, study research and methodological analysis of more specific issues with the aim of developing the specifications for the regulatory requirements for the implementation of Law 4736/2020 as analyzed below.
Especially the subject tth project consists of 3 actions as follows:
•Technical-economic analysis and development of SSED sustainability specifications for tobacco products and KYA plan (Law 4736/20, Annex I, Part E-III and Part G-5)
•Technical-economic analysis and development of SSED sustainability specifications for fisheries proions and KYA plan (Law 4736/20, no. 11)
•Technical-economic analysis and development of cost specifications for cleaning coasts, public spaces for its apportionment to the various categories of obliged producers (Law 4736/20, no. 12 par. 1 and article 19 par. 10)
