Declaration for the supply of gasoline for the needs of the Municipality of Ilioupoli
UNLEADED PETROL
Open Electronic Tender, above the limits, for the selection of a supplier for the Supply of unleaded petrol for the needs of the Municipality AM: 10/2025, of the Management-Maintenance and Repair Department vehicles of the Department of Environment, Quality of Life and Cleanliness, with the criteria for awarding the most economically advantageous offer based solely on the largest percent discount offered (%) on the legally determined average retail selling price each time of each type, of the Observatory of Liquid Fuel Prices of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (General Consumer Secretariat) for the Prefecture of Attica on the day of its delivery for gasoline.
The above discount rate can be negative without exceeding 5% (according to the provisions of article 63 of Law 4257/14).
The total value of the commission amounts to the amount of two hundred ten thousand five hundred and eighty-five euros and eighty-five cents #210,508.85€#, including VAT of 24% amounting to #40,743,65€# (estimated value #169,765,20€# excluding VAT).
In total value of the commission includes the 20% option amounting to #35,084.81€#, (estimated value #28,294,20€# without VAT, value VAT 24% #6,790,61€#).
