- Description:
- The object of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment for the safety of the employees of the Municipality of Nea Smyrni for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027. The supply of Personal Protective Equipment will cover the needs of the beneficiary employees of Addresses of the Municipality, for a period of time from the signing of the contract until 31/12/2025. According to the provisions of Y.A. 53361/2006 (Government Gazette 1503/B/11-10-2006) on Provision of personal protective equipment to employees of the OTAs. and preventive medicine measures as it was supplemented by TT36586/2007 (Government Gazette 1323/B/30.07.07) and House 31119/2008 (Government Gazette 990/B/28.05.08) and in the K.Y.A. 43726/2019 (F.E.K. 2208/B/8-6-2019) on Provision of personal protective equipment to employees of OTAs of first and second degree and legal of these persons and preventive medicine measures, the Municipality is obliged to procure personal protective equipment annually for the cleaning, garden maintenance, road construction, electric lighting staff, the workers in rural works as well as the security guards (outdoors and schools). SUPPLY THROUGH PERSONAL PROTECTION (PPE) The object of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment for the safety of the employees of the Municipality of Nea Smyrni for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
