Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of special mortars (hydraulic lime), for the needs of the act: Restoration of P7, P8 and M6-M6-M6, M7-M8 and M8-M9 Medieval Castle.
The species to be supplied are classified in the following codes of the Common Public Vocabulary CPV contracts: 44921200-4/Lime. This contract is not subdivided into sections and is assigned as a single whole because:
In the event of division into different sections, the coordination of many different contractors to achieve an integrated result will be more difficult while possible Weakness, or failure of a contractor may endanger or even inability to perform the actions of other contractors.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to one hundred and two thousand five hundred sixty -four euros and ten minutes (102,564.10 €) not including 17 %VAT, {Estimated Value including VAT: One hundred twenty thousand euros (120,000.00 €), VAT: seventeen thousand four hundred thirty -five euros and ninety minutes (17,435.90 €)}.
The duration of the contract is set at three (3) months from the date of signature of the contract.

The Convention will be entrusted by the criterion of the most economical interest on the basis of the price.
