Description:
The subject of this contract is the supply of spare parts for the maintenance and repair of the Municipality's vehicles and machinery for three (3) years and their placement/maintenance operations and specifically for Group 4 (maintenance and repair of loaders and excavators), for which notNo offer had been submitted with no. 100657/24.12.2024 Declaration (ADAM: 24PROC016092618), the result had become barren and with no. 102/25.02.2025 (APA: 60 ZOP8-LX) decision of the Municipal Municipal Municipal Committee had canceled the procedure for promoting contractor in accordance with the provisionsof article 106 of Law 4412/2016 and it was decided to re -proclaim it on amended terms by those specified by no. 725/24.12.2024 (APA: 90ththi 8-TFF) decision of the Municipal Committee of the MunicipalityGreater participation and attraction of candidates because no bids were submitted. 24% for each year.
