- The object of the contract is the Supply of simulation systems in accordance with the terms and requirements of this announcement as defined by Department as the case may be, and the Contractor must carry out the procurement of each Department and provide the relevant services as required per Department in accordance with the provisions of par. 6.1.1 of the Declaration and its Appendix I. Power Hardware in the Loop (PHIL) simulation system Real emulation and interface system of energy units with computer-simulator of real-time operation and control of energy systems, which includes one (1) power grid simulator unit with power recovery capability, one (1) electronic load unit alternating current/direct current (AC/DC) with power recovery capability, two (2) units of bidirectional programmable direct current power supplies and two (2) measuring instruments for monitoring and analyzing measured signals of power, current and voltage.
