Description: Object of the Convention is the supply of scientific instruments to study the chemical evolution of gas and particulate organic pollutants in the atmosphere. More specifically, this supply refers to the supply of a gas and particle mass spectrometer mass spectrometry (GAS / PARTICLE - PROTON TRANSFER REACTION-TIME OF FIGHT-MS) and a Single Particle Sootometer. The procurement also includes the obligation for the supplier to guarantee its operation for at least the time referred to in the specifications of each item (see Annex I - Table of Technical Specifications - Compliance of the Detailed Declaration).
