Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of scaffolding and equipment for the needs of the act: Restoration of the Ottoman Fortress of Sigiri N. Lesvos implemented under the North Aegean program 2021-2027, and their delivery to the site of the project.
The species to be supplied are classified in the following codes of the Common CPV Public Procurement Vocabulary: 44212310-5/scaffolding and CPV: 44212315-0/scaffolding equipment.
The assignment of the contract is not feasible in the form of separate sections because of the nature of the work and its indivisible character.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to one hundred and seventy thousand nine hundred forty euros and seventeen minutes (170,940.17 €) non -VAT 17% (estimated value including VAT: two hundred thousand euros (200,000.00 €), VAT: Twenty -nine thousand fifty -nine euros and eighty -three minutes (29.059.83 €).
The delivery time of the materials under supplied is set at up to three (3) months from the date of signature of the contract.
A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given to the ANNEX I of this Declaration.
The Convention will be entrusted by the criterion of the most economical interest on the basis of the price.
