- The subject of the contract is to supply a reactor to the synthesis of alternative fuels, equipment of mechanical properties of various materials and the production of dense materials in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Declaration as specified per section and the Contractor It must implement the commission of each department and provide the relevant services as required by department in accordance with paragraph 6.1.1 of the Declaration and Annex I.
