Description:
The object of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic system on plot 1082 plot of land of the Municipality of Potidaia with a total power of 1MW.
The items to be procured are classified under the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 09331200-0: Solar photovoltaic elements.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €900,240.00 including VAT. 24% (Budget without VAT €726,000PV panel support and the Medium Voltage Substation, based on decision P.2869/4.5.1987.

The contract will be awarded with the award criteria of most advantageous from an economic point of viewpoint of view offer based on price.
Offers are submitted for the entire contractual object. This contract is not divided into sections and is assigned as a single whole, because the physical object is single and indivisible to enable the immediate operation of the supplies to be supplied.a of the contract is defined in three (3) months from the date of its signature. A period of guaranteed operation with a minimum duration of 5 years is foreseen, as described in paragraph 6.6 hereof.
