Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of Personal Protection Equipment and Personal Protection Items for the Beneficiary Employees of the Services of the Municipality of Rethymno, for one (1) year, in accordance with the Ministerial Order. of the Interior - Labour, Social Security and Social Solidarity-Finance, sub' no. 43726/07-06-2019, taking into account information from the K.Y.A. of the Ministry of Internal Public Administration and Decentralization, Economy and Finance - Employment and Social Protection, no. 53361/2006 (F.E.K. 1503/11-10-2006) as amended by the no. TT 36586 (F.E.K. 1323/30-07-2007), house 31119 (Official Gazette 990/28-05-2008), article 97 of Law 4483/2017 (Official Gazette 107/31-07- 2017), the corresponding circulars of the Ministry of the Interior (57419/13-11-2008 and 4632/16-02-2018) and taking into account the collective labor agreements POE-OTA (P.K. 15/06-08-2018) as and uNo. 377/04-07-2019 observations of the E.E. of POE-OTA.
