Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment for the needs of the employees of the Municipality of Fylis.
This contract is divided into two Groups (Group A and Group B) as described in detail in the service study.
Offers are submitted per group or for the whole of groupsn of the study.
Also, it is noted that the offer of each candidate supplier must include all the items of either each group as they are configured in the indicative budget or all of the items to be procured, with the penalty of disqualification of those candidates who supplydo not comply with this condition.
If, for group B, a different contractor than that of group A is not selected for any reason, then the latter is obliged to supply the Municipality with the types of these groups, in accordance with the prescribed technical specifications and at the price of the indicative pροϋπολογισμού.
