Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply included in the project "Modernization of the KEPs" and specifically the supply of computer equipment to cover the needs of the three (3) KEPs of the Municipality of Kordelios Evosmos, as follows:
•supply of computer equipment (PCs, Printers , tablets forthe use of the gov.gr wallet application) for the users of KEP
•Implementation of a visitor management system. The System will consist of the priority number printing system as well as the citizen information unit for the priority order. Through a web based application which will eis hosted on G-cloud, interested citizens will be able to make appointments at the KEP and get a priority number for their service. From the same application, the executives of the KEP will be able to be informed about the scheduled appointments. The same functionality will be available forfor citizens who visit the KEPs without an appointment
•Supply of tablets for signing documents.
