- The object of the contract is the supply of motor and heating fuel for the transport needs of the Municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas and heating oil for the heating needs of the Municipality, its Legal Entities and the two (2) unified School Committees of the Municipality, specificallyfor the pre-school education and social care center of the municipality, the School Committee of Primary Education and the School Committee of Secondary Education of the municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas.
The award criterion will be the lowest price. In particular, for liquid fuels, the qualification criterion isthe lowest price in euros that will result after the percentage discount in whole units - percent (%) - on the legally established, average retail price of each item in a weekly delivery, as announced by the Trade and Tourism Department of the General Addressof the Development of the Regional Unit of the supplier's headquarters, during the week of delivery.
