- The subject of the contract is to supply mechanical equipment with a leasing of five (5) years with a five (5) lasting maintenance-repair for the needs of the Municipality, as stated and described in the technical specifications which are integral Parts of this Declaration (ANNEX I), total estimated six hundred and eighty -five thousand two hundred and twenty -six euros and forty -eight minutes (685,226.48 €), including 24%VAT, including third -party reservations, as well as any other burden, including VAT. After five years, the above equipment may be acquired by € 2.48, including 24%VAT.
