- The subject of the contract is the supply of building materials and other equipment, which will be used by municipal workshops, for various daily maintenance, repairs and small works work in buildings and public areas depending on the needs of the Municipality.
Groups 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 follow the procedure provided for in article 6 par. 10 of Law 4412/2016 as the groups are valued below 80,000.00 each and do not exceed 20% of the total value of all teams.
16, It will be carried out by the process of the open e -competition above boundaries on the basis of awarding the financially -advantageous offer only on the basis of a price (lower price) per group of the indicative budget.
