- The offered lubricants must meet the requirements of the technical specification No. 176/94 (Government Gazette A) (P.D. 334/1994) as applicable and, if they fall within the scope of KYA 526/2004 "Lubricants for internal combustion engines " / ΑΧΣΣ 526/2004 (Government Gazette 630 B 2005) or of KYA 12/95 "Specificationsvalves", for the lubrication of gear wheels / ΑΧΣΣ 12/95 (Government Gazette 471 B 1995) - Amended. Error in Official Gazette 570Β΄/29-6-95, they must have been registered on receipt in the list kept by the Petrochemical Department of the State General Chemistry.
