- The object of the contract is the supply of fuel for the heating needs of the buildings that house the municipality's services as well as the needs for fuel and lubricants used in the vehicleshave the specifications set by the Supreme Chemical Council of the State General Chemistry in accordance with Official Gazettes 410/11-4-2001 and 872/4-6-2007 and be of a quality similar to that produced by state refineries. Under no circumstances is the presence of impurities, color or other foreign substances alloweddata.
The offered lubricants must meet the requirements of the technical specification No. 176/94 (Government Gazette) and must have a marketing approval given after the offered lubricants have been entered in the list maintained by the Petrochemicals Directorate of the General State Chemistryys.
