- The object of the contract is the Supply of laboratory equipment for the Institute of Sustainable Mobility & Transport Networks EKETA in accordance with the terms and requirements of this announcement as defined by Department as the case may be and the Contractor must implement the supply of each Department and to provide the relevant services as required per Department in accordance with the provisions of par. 6.1.1 of the Declaration and Annex I thereof.

The device will allow stationary dynamometers of both electric and conventional vehicles vehicles of category L1-2, M and N, mainly of low and medium horsepower, for the evaluation of the performance of the engine and the transmission system within the framework of the new laboratory L & PLEV vehicle excellence and certification center of EKETA 2.0.
