Description:
The object of this contract is the supply, installation and removal for storage of the Christmas festive decorations which will be used to decorate the streets, squares and in general the common areas in all the Municipal Units of the Municipality of Phylis, according to the period of the Christmas holidays for the years 2025, 2026 & 2027. It also includes the maintenance and the required repairs of the already existing decoration available to the Municipality, with the purpose of its use.
The expenditure for the specific supply and placement is budgeted to rise indicatively in the amount of €490,862.68 (Budget €395,857.00 + VAT 24% €95,005.68 = €490,862.68) and will be covered by K.A. 15.6691.10001 of the budgets of the Municipality of the financial years 2025, 2026 & 2027 as an ongoing expenditure.

The selection of the contractor will be carried out by conducting an Open Electronic Tender and with the awarding criterion of the most economically advantageous offer price in relation to the technical characteristics of the items to be procured.
This contract is not subdivided into departments.
Offers are submitted for the entire contract and in accordance with the detailed conditions described in the service study No. 170/2025.
