- The object of the contract is the Supply, installation and commissioning of seven 7 PV virtual net-metering stations, with a total power of 7MW Budgeted expenditure: €5,040,000.00 plus VAT. 24% This technical report concerns supply, installation and putting into operation seven 7 solar PV stations on the ground in fields located in D. Kozanis, as part of the application of virtual net-metering. Supply, installation and commissioning of seven 7 PV virtual stations net-metering, with a total power of 7MW The object of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of seven 7 PV plants on the ground in fields located in the Municipality of Kozani, within the framework of the implementation of the virtual energy offsetting (virtual net-metering). The Energy Community (E.Com.) is an urban cooperative that operates exclusively in the energy sector. The purpose of E.Com., the object of its activity, the framework for its establishment and operation and the finances incentives and measures to support it are defined in Law 4513/2018 Energy Communities and other provisions.
