- The object of the contract is the supply of pasteurized milk for the technical staff of the Municipality who receive personal protective equipment, in the framework of the application of the relevant legislation
The item to be supplied is classified under the following code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 15511000-3 MILK
The estimated value of the contract amounts to 249,730.00 euros, of which 221,000.00 euros is Net Value and 28,730.00 euros VAT.
The duration of the contract is set for (1) one year or until the contractual amount is used up. Detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of this announcement.
The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, exclusively based on price.
The price includes the cost of the supply, the cost of loading and unloading the specialand their presentation at the employer's premises, as well as any legal detention.
