Description:
The object of this contract is the Supply of food to meet the feeding needs of the children of the Children's/Nursery Centers of the Municipality, KAPI, KIFI and the Eleni Sahsanidis Social Grocery for four (4) years.
The tender and execution of the supply will be done with the criteria for awarding the most advantageous offer from an economic point of view, exclusively based on price for the total quantities of the items and the offers will be submitted:
A) For butcher's (Group C), fruit (Group B), olive oil (from Group A) and frozen fish and vegetables (Group D), the largest percent discount (%) on the legally determined average retail price of the item on the day of delivery, as determined by the price certification sheet issued from time to time.
B) For the rest of the food items, i.e. grocery items (Group A except item olive oil), fresh whole milk (Group E), bakery items (Group F), Beverages, soft drinks and coffee roaster items (Group G) and Snacks (Group H) based on the lowest price.
Offers must be submitted for all groups, the offer will concern the total quantity of each group and the all the bodies/directorates of the Municipality (services) requesting the specific item to be procured and the approval will be carried out for all the groups.
All groups will be assigned to a financial offerer.
