Description:
The object of the tender is the supply of equipment that will be used for the digitization and electronic counting of the ballots of the TEE elections.
The TEE has developed software to support the conduct of elections, which includes special candidate management softwareof, software for production and control of ballots, software for scanning, identification and control of ballots and software for publishing the results locally and nationwide. The development of the existing software has been based on handwritten character recognition and print recognition technologyof ABBYY Flexi Capture 11 while the data is registered in an RDBMS ORACLE through which the business rules for conducting, counting and issuing the results of the TEE elections are applied.elections to be conducted safely and efficiently.
