- The object of the contract is the supply of Cleaning and Tidying Items for two (2) years, according to the A.P. 3556/04.02.2026 (CORRECT REPETITION 12.02.2026) Study of the Cleanliness - Environment Department of the Municipality to meet the needs of all services of the Municipality, as well as to cover the needs of the operation of the Social Grocery Store. The contract is divided into four sections. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €322,167.30 excluding VAT (total amount budget €388,681.33, VAT 24%: €60,559.99, VAT 13%: 3,276.00, VAT 6%: 2,678.04). The expense will be covered by the Municipality's own resources. Participation guarantee in favor of the Municipality of Pylaia-Hortiatis, corresponding to a percentage of up to two (2) % of the estimated value of the contract, not including VAT, namely: amounting to €6,443.35 (four thousand four hundred and forty-three euros and thirty-five cents) for the entire commission. Good performance guarantee in favor of the Municipality of Pylaia-Hortiatis, corresponding to a percentage of up to two (4) % of the estimated value of the contract, not including options, namely: in the amount of €12,886.69 (twelve thousand eight hundred and eighty-six euros and sixty-nine cents) for the entire commission.
