- The object of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of one (1) photovoltaic (PV) station with a nominal power of 100 kWp for installation near the desalination plant of the Municipality of Kimolos and connection to the Low Voltage network of DEDDIE through energy compensation (Net Metering).The station will cover a significant part of the electricity consumption of the new desalination plant, with a capacity of 220 m3/d, which will be installed near the existing desalination plant of the Municipality (with a daily capacity of 600 m3) and will serve the permanent residents of the island during the winterperiod operating auxiliary to the existing unit during the summer months of peak demand. The PV station will have all those elements that will make it autonomous in terms of its operation and safe for the personnel. All systems of the PV plant will be ergonomically installed perdue to operational needs and accessibility in the area where the installation will take place.
