Description: The natural object of the proposed transaction provides for the supply and installation of digital hydrometers and leakage control on the distribution network and includes: • Upgrading the Central Control System (CCE) already installed in the MRICA, aiming at gathering all data from local facilities and hydrometers and their overall processing to direct and global presentation of water balances, management of the system of water scarcity, analyzing data management, strategy development, demand for the support of decisions and functioning of water resources.
• Installation of 11,550 electronic consumer hydrometers in total consumers with relevant software and telemetry equipment.
• The supply of the distribution network leakage measuring instruments.
