Description:
The Object of the project - the study of which is governed by the most modern principles of landscape architecture and follows the principles of sustainability - concerns the regeneration of the former industrial area of Botanikos / Eleonas, the construction of landscaping projects and public areas in the widerarea II of the Double Redevelopment and the Naval Fort in the area of Eleonas. In an area exceeding 300,000 m2, one of the largest parks of the capital will be created, a new green lung with very mild uses and modern public infrastructure. In addition, in the park [belowthe shade of the trees] hosts recreation, outdoor sports and play areas, plazas and refreshment areas, playgrounds, an amphitheater, urban crops, a dog park, as well as more than 14,000 m2 of lawn for various events and activities
