- The object of the contract is the drafting of a complete study and tender documents for the restoration and promotion of the listed building known as "Vila Pologiorgi" and its reuse as a multi-purpose space, for various actions in the fields of contemporary visual and applied arts (mophysics, photography, cinema, engraving, sculpture, ceramics, graphic design, design, decoration, typography, comics, etc.).
In particular, the following studies will be prepared:
Topographic study
Geotechnical study (including drilling and laboratory tests)
Architectural study of a building andenvironment, decoration maintenance study
Static Study
Study of electromechanical installations
