- This contract concerns the preparation of a study for the restoration of the KOTHRI - LIOPYRAKI building and its reuse as a Municipal Art Gallery of Heraklion. For its implementation, it is necessary to prepare the following studies concerning: the topographic survey of the property, the complete functional proposal, aesthetic and technical upgrading from an architectural, static point of view and optimal application of Electromechanical installations in the building and in the surrounding area. In addition, it is required to prepare an investigation - evaluation of the bearing organization, geophysical, the preparation of a conservation - restoration study of the decoration as well as the preparation of a museological - museographic study.
