Description: Object of the Convention is to draw up all the required studies, ensuring all the necessary approvals and licenses and the pension for the auctioning of the construction and equipment of the Project for Renovation - Strengthening the existing Buildings of the Municipal Nursing Service as well as Add new wing. The complex to be created will be a single operating elderly care facility (MIC) total capacity of 150 beds.
